Pici Pasta Workshop
This pasta workshop was designed to introduce guests to the simple, the very physical craft of making pici, a traditional hand-rolled pasta that relies entirely on touch, patience, and repetition. Unlike many pastas, pici is not run through a machine, neither hand-cranked nor electric. Every step is done by hand, kneaded, rolled, cut, and rolled again.
