Happy New Year 2026 and Farewell 2025
As we close out the year at The UXLocale, we’re filled with gratitude for our guests, our farmers, our collaborators, wine representatives, brewers, and the community that continues to show up with curiosity and care. This year was defined by shared tables and meaningful moments.
We hosted wine dinners that slowed things down and invited conversations, with thoughtful pairings inspired by place, season, and memory. From a Tuscan evening that unfolded with dance and final courses prepared under the stars, to intimate tasting menus that asked guests to trust the journey, each experience was designed to be fully felt.
Our space became a living canvas for creativity. Painting workshops, flower-arranging classes, and an artist-in-residence collaboration invited guests to see the room, and themselves, a little differently. A lively book fair and a photography exhibition rooted in both local landscapes and travel abroad reminded us that storytelling takes many forms.
We traveled through flavor and culture together, including a Venezuelan arepas-making workshop that honored tradition, memory, and the courage it takes to carry cultural ties into a new homeland. These moments reinforce how powerful food and shared experience can be when they are approached with humility and care.
We were also deeply honored to host private gatherings throughout the year, including weddings, baby showers, celebrations of life, and other intimate events, allowing us to be part of your most meaningful milestones. Being trusted with those moments is something we hold dear.
As the seasons shifted, we leaned further into what matters most to us: farm-fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients; letting the seasons guide the menu; and refining our approach through curated tasting menus that bring intention to every bite. Fewer ingredients, more focus. More care; more flavor.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to welcome a new round of UXperiences this February, March, and April, many of which are already nearly full. We step into the new year grateful, grounded, and inspired to continue creating experiences that feel personal, memorable, and deeply connected to the land and the people around us.
