Venezuelan Arepas: The Experience and Wine Pairing Dinner

Our guests, Art and Emilia, the dynamic duo of Art Cooks, have launched a new venture: offering informative cooking classes both online and in-person. We were fortunate to host them three times for special events called Venezuelan Arepas: The Experience!
The events are as engaging and delicious as we had hoped! It brought people together through shared culture, diverse food, and hands-on learning experiences. The experience was bilingual, energetic, heartfelt, and authentic.
Guests received step-by-step instructions on how to make and shape the dough, as well as how to cook authentic Venezuelan arepas. They had the opportunity for hands-on practice. Emilia and Art brought back all our favorite fillings and generously shared stories about their traditions and love for Venezuelan cuisine.
At the end of the night, everyone enjoyed their freshly made arepas with delicious gluten-free fillings. Each participant left with inspiration and knowledge on how to shape, cook, and fill their arepas with love.
