About the event
There is something quietly magical about flour, water, salt, and time.
In this hands-on sourdough bread-making workshop at The UXLocale, we explore the versatility of one beautifully simple recipe, shaped three ways: a rustic loaf, a toasted crostini, and a pillowy pita. You will learn how one dough can transform, how fermentation builds flavor, and how confidence in bread begins with understanding your sourdough mother.
You will leave with:
• A living sourdough starter
• Two prepared bread doughs, one made by me, and one made by you!
• Four curated charcuterie/wine templates and recipes!
• The knowledge to bake with intention
• And a very full belly
But this is more than a bread class; it's a celebration of flavor, community, and learning together. While the last workshop was an absolute joy and a big success (and I learned a few new things from all of you!), I’m excited to bring a fresh approach this time, making space for even more shared moments and discovery.
I will instruct you on building the perfect bite, pairing warm sourdough with four distinct charcuterie experiences
