About the event
Join us for the closing of Figure Sketches by artist and biologist Brandi Van Roo, an exhibition celebrating the classical art of life drawing through charcoal and graphite. A few pieces have already found homes, and this is a wonderful opportunity to meet Brandi, hear about her approach to figure drawing, anatomy, form and light, and purchase original artwork before the exhibit closes.
We’ll have charcuterie and a cash bar available throughout the evening.
Tickets are $5, with 100% of ticket proceeds donated to the Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School Art Department. We’re especially excited to support these young artists because UXLocale will host an exhibition of their work later this fall.
