WINE
Hi, we are the UXLocale, located in Uxbridge in Southern Worcester County, primarily known for our wood-fired pizzas, pastas, and seasonal Mediterranean specials, but over the years, we’ve also built a wine list that reflects the same philosophy behind our food: balance, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for the experience at the table.
Our wine selection is intentionally diverse, moving comfortably between approachable favorites and bottles with a little more depth and character. You’ll find crisp whites, bright Italian reds, bold Napa cabernets, elegant pinot noirs, sparkling wines, rosé, and rotating selections that shift with the seasons and the menu. We lean heavily into wines that naturally complement food, wines with acidity, structure, minerality, and freshness that work alongside wood fire, herbs, citrus, slow-cooked sauces, and pasta.
Some are easy-drinking and familiar, others invite exploration, but every bottle is chosen with purpose. We want the wine to feel like part of the meal, not just something beside it.
