About the event
I'm excited to announce that I'll be putting my teaching hat back on and offering hands-on cooking workshops. In these workshops, you'll learn how to prepare the food you'll be eating while creating your cookbook journal. This journal will include recipes, instructions, and space for your notes and ideas.
Pizza is more than food—it’s memory, comfort, and creativity all rolled into one. The smell of dough, the first stretch of mozzarella, the joy of gathering around the table—it’s love made edible.
In this workshop, we’ll start from the beginning: stretching the dough, coaxing it to rise, and learning the simple secrets to a golden, airy crust. We’ll talk about sauces, toppings, and the magic of creating your own perfect bite.

You’ll head home with recipes, tips, and—most importantly—the memory of a delicious night spent creating something with your own hands.
