Chef’s Table: Valentine’s

Valentine’s Day gets one seating and our full attention. Five romantic courses, thoughtfully paired wines, and an evening designed to unfold slowly. A wine expert will join us for the evening, guiding you through each pairing and sharing the story behind the wines and why we chose them for each course.

Whether you come with a longtime love, a new one, or simply someone you love sharing a great table with, this is our version of Valentine’s dinner: romantic, yes, but also an opportunity to eat, drink, learn a little, and experience how food and wine can change one another.

Seating will be communal, as this experiential dinner is designed to be enjoyed together. If you’re looking for a quiet, private Valentine’s dinner, this may not be the evening for you. But if your idea of romance is a beautifully curated menu, thoughtful wine pairings, a little expertise and storytelling, and five courses created with real intention, we think that’s about as romantic as it gets.

Tickets are $160 per person and include a welcome wine, a five-course dinner, a wine pairing with each course, tax, and gratuity.

To hold your seat, half is due upon booking, with the remaining balance of $80.00 due February 1, 2027. Tickets are transferable, but not refundable.

Chef’s Table Series

Five Sundays. Five completely different experiences.

Our Chef’s Table Series at The UXLocale moves through the seasons, cuisines, wines, beers, and cooking styles that inspire me, with each dinner built around its own story. These are not regular dinner services. They give us room to play, cook differently, bring people together, and create an entire evening around an idea.

I do not publish the menu for any Chef’s Table in advance. Part of the experience is trusting us to tell the story of the evening through the food as it arrives. It also gives me the freedom to work with what is best, freshest, and most inspiring as we get closer to each dinner.

Your ticket covers the entire experience, including the meal, pairings, tax, and gratuity. Once you arrive, there is nothing else to figure out.

This structure allows the evening to unfold without interruption: no settling up, no breaking the rhythm, just the experience as it’s meant to be.
