About the event
I'm excited to announce that I'll be putting my teaching hat back on and offering hands-on cooking workshops. In these workshops, you'll learn how to prepare the food you'll be eating while creating your cookbook journal. This journal will include recipes, instructions, and space for your notes and ideas.
Food Is Love. Let’s Celebrate It.
My love language is food. We celebrate with it, comfort with it, and nurture with it. I can’t choose a favorite dish, but I know my favorite way to eat, sharing bites. Bread is life—simple, unfussy, and always at the table.
Every culture embraces this style of eating: Italians call it Antipasto, the Spanish Tapas, the Middle East Mezze, the Brits Ploughman’s Lunch, and Koreans Banchan. It’s universal because it’s fun, social, and delicious.
There’s romance in building the perfect bite, in mixing flavors and textures, and yes, in pairing it with crusty bread. This February, one week before Valentine’s Day, join us for bread-making, charcuterie, antipasto, and wine. You’ll learn to bake bread, arrange accompaniments artfully, and share in the joy of creating together.
Each guest will take home a spiral-bound notebook with recipes, photos, and plenty of space for notes—ready for this and future workshops.
