Tony Gahan, a singer-songwriter from County Tipperary, Ireland, draws inspiration from the rich musical heritage of his upbringing near the famed Slievenamon Mountain. Tony's storytelling performances reflect his deep love for Irish music, history, and traditions. Influences like Shane MacGowan, Christy Moore, Paul Brady, the Clancy Brothers, the Dubliners, and others contribute to his extensive catalog of songs, ranging from traditional ballads to contemporary Irish hits.

He has played in a few Irish folk bands based in central Massachusetts. Now living in Sutton, MA, he plays solo and writes more original songs and poems. In 2020, he released an album of original songs titled Land of Opportunity.
