Hello

Sunday, April 21, 2024

I'm going through some growing pains this year, but I won't let that hold me back. For years, people have been telling me that I can't do everything by myself, but I refuse to listen. Yesterday, I tried to cook all the proteins in the wood-fired oven to manage a shortage of pizza staff. While the entrees were delicious, the pizza backup was beyond repair. But that won't stop me, and it shouldn't stop you from seeing this as an opportunity to grow and learn with us.

I need help now. I'm looking for more than just someone to fill the two positions. I want true food lovers who take pride in their craft and can handle the heat, the burns, and the stress. I'm not interested in people who are only in it for the paycheck. I want the best, and I won't settle for less.

Next week, April 24-27, I will conduct interviews every Wednesday through Saturday from 1 to 3 pm until I find the right two people. If you're serious about the job, show me what you've got. I don't have time for anything less than the best.
