We are proud to say that we source great deal of our produce, dairy, fish and poultry from our own backyard. Not only is it great for the local economy, but locally source food just tastes better. Eggs, artisan cheeses, and fresh local produce should not be reserved for only highbrow restaurants. We realize that this is New England after all, which means we’ll have to supplement occasionally, but we promise to do so responsibly!
We could not possibly harvest all of ingredients locally, this is New England after all, but we do try to source our spices, specialty and imported items through local specialty stores.
